Returns must be made within 20 days of the delivery date. You must use our return label. If you utilize any other labels or addresses that you have found that we did not provide to you, we will not permit a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds are for the item price paid at time of checkout, after any promo codes are applied to the order. Refunded funds may take 5-10 business days to show up on your method of purchase (credit or debit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, etc.)
